Our Biltong is made with hand mixed spices and herbs and contains no MSG. Perfect snack for low-carb diets.
Local Dutch free range biological beef. An authentic Plaaskombuis recipe and production quality.
Our biltong is on the wet side some with a little yellow fat (The way we like it). The biltong can be hung in a dry and clean environment for a day or two if you like it on the dry side.
Online Biltong is sliced and vacuum sealed per 500g. If you want larger whole pieces it is possible only through collection from the shop.
