My name is Chris and I’ve been cooking for friends and family for as long as I can remember. We moved to the Netherlands in 2010 and we started missing quality South African specialities. I partially grew up on a farm close to Heilbron where sausage making was done by my parents and grandparents. I continued this tradition in Holland to produce these recipes ourselves on a small scale. In 2020 we started to cater for small group functions and private parties on our tiny one acre farm in the green heart of South-Holland. The feedback was so positive that I decided to share some of my recipes through an online shop. We believe in supporting our neighbouring farms and to provide seasonal quality produce and products to our customers.
