Welcome to Our Farm in Catalonia
Tucked into the rolling hills of northeastern Spain, our farm is a place where old traditions and new ideas meet. The land here has been worked for centuries, shaped by dry-stone terraces, ancient footpaths, and generations of olive growers. When we arrived, we didn’t just see a farm—we saw a landscape ready to be healed and a home for people who want to live closer to nature. Step by step, we’ve been restoring the soil, planting with intention, and learning from the rhythms of the region. Life here is simple, honest, and deeply connected to the land.

Catalonia is one of Spain’s historic olive-growing regions, known especially for the Arbequina variety. These small olives thrive in the local climate—hot summers, cold winters, and rocky soils—and they produce a gentle, aromatic oil that has made the region famous. Being part of this tradition grounds our work: we’re not just farmers, we’re caretakers of a landscape with a long memory. Every season teaches us something new, and every harvest becomes part of the story we’re building here.

Our vision goes beyond agriculture. We’re shaping the farm into a regenerative, community-focused space—one that supports biodiversity, invites people to learn and grow, and demonstrates a more sustainable way of living. We’re experimenting with water management, rebuilding terraces, introducing native plants, and exploring how farming, culture, and community can reinforce one another. In the coming years, we plan to expand our orchards, develop on-site workshops, and welcome more people who want to be part of a slower, more grounded way of life.

Our Produce and Our Olive Oil

We currently grow:

  • Olives (Arbequina)
  • Almonds
  • Pistachio

Our extra-virgin olive oil is the heart of our production. Made from 100% Arbequina olives grown on our terraces, it’s naturally smooth, slightly fruity, and lightly peppery at the finish. This variety is loved for being gentle enough for everyday use, yet full of character when used raw—over bread, salads, grilled vegetables, or anything that deserves a clean, fresh boost of flavour. Because our oil is unblended, cold-pressed, and minimally handled, it retains all the antioxidants and healthy fats that make real extra-virgin oil such a powerful food for heart health, inflammation reduction, and overall wellbeing.
