Plaaskombuis Lime Fizz:

Ingredients:

• 2 oz vodka
• 4 oz Stoney Ginger Beer
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• Ice cubes
• Lime wedge, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add 2 oz of vodka and 1 oz of fresh lime juice to the shaker.
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds to combine.
4. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
5. Pour the vodka and lime mixture over the ice.
6. Top with 4 oz of Stoney Ginger Beer and stir gently to combine.
7. Garnish the cocktail with a lime wedge.
8. Serve and enjoy your delicious Stoney Ginger Beer cocktail!
